I have been to Premier Salons for hair color, cuts and styling. The moment you enter the salon you are greeted by very friendly and professional staff who attend to you at all times. I have always received the exact cut, style and colour that I requested from my stylist. All of the employees are always very helpful and the stylists give you tips on how to maintain your style in between visits. The salons also carry a great selection of hair products that work wonders. I have NEVER had this kind of amazing experience with any other salon, which is why I keep going back. Take it from someone who has been to many, many salons, if you want to look your best, Premier Salons is right for you.

I recently moved to Canada and was looking for a salon. I tried Premier Salons at The Bay upon referral from a friend and after just one visit I am hooked. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. I was really happy with the style and color I received from my stylist, who also made sure to explain how I could recreate it myself at home. I would undoubtedly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone who is looking for a superior customer experience.

I went to Premier Salons for a haircut and color the other day and have never been so satisfied with a salon. The stylist listened to me during our consultation and I received the exact color that I wanted and a great haircut that was easy to maintain. WITH ONE HAIR CUT, I WENT HOME AND CREATED OVER 5 DIFFERENT STYLES. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING RESULTS. I will definitely come back.

I have been to Premier Salons for many services including hair cut, highlights, colour and facial. From the moment I entered the salon for the very first time, I absolutely loved the very warm, welcoming staff and the cozy atmosphere. One of the best facials I ever had was at a Premier Salons location. The esthetician had such a wonderful touch and the products she used made my skin feel like silk. After that service I felt like I never wanted to leave. Every hair experience at Premier has also been absolutely amazing-you can tell that the stylists are true professionals that know how to do their job extremely well. I recommend Premier Salons to my friends, family and everyone else looking for a salon. The salon locations are super convenient, as many are situated inside malls and the services are affordable, especially compared to other salons in the area. I love that my stylist at Premier Salons in Macy's does everything from shampooing to cutting and coloring my hair. Unlike other salons where each stylist hands you off to another person, Premier Salons offers that personal touch and the stylists build a connection with you. I also love the scalp massages the stylists give-they are absolutely heavenly and make you feel so relaxed!

On the suggestion of a co-worker with great skin, I went to Premier Salons at Macy's for a facial. I was a little nervous as I never had a facial before this appointment but I had nothing to worry about because my esthetician was super professional and very calming. She had really gentle hands and the massaging she did during the steaming process was very relaxing. That day I left with my skin looking radiant and feeling very clean. Weeks later, my skin still looks and feels better!

I had never been to Premier Salons before this January but it's down the road from my work and school so I thought I would try it out. Previously I was never able to find that "one" hairstylist whom I loved that always did a great job. That all changed as soon as I went to Premier. On my first visit, my stylist gave me a cut, color and style and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. I received the exact color and cut that I wanted while enjoying the energetic atmosphere and complimentary refreshments that were offered. I have gotten so many compliments on how my hair looks and it seems to be fairly easy for me to maintain. Take my word when I say that this salon met and exceeded my expectations. I have finally found that "one" stylist I was searching for.

I have very coarse, thick hair that is difficult to cut and many stylists have struggled with it in the past. My stylist at Premier Salons not only gave me a super haircut that looks terrific, she was also very friendly and professional. I am definitely going to come back once I need to have my color done. The salon environment was very nice and I was offered coffee, tea, juice and other refreshments while I was there. The receptionists were also great-always smiling and very courteous. The location is also great as I work downtown and can walk over right after I am done. Great experience!

I have been going to Premier Salons at The Bay for all my nail services for quite some time. The technicians are real pros-always precise and on time without making you feel rushed. My pedicures are always super relaxing and the manicures last for weeks without chipping. Wonderful place!

This is such a wonderful salon to go to. I have been a Premier Salons customer for such a long time and really would not go anywhere else. These are full-service salons that offer almost any service you can imagine. The prices here are very reasonable that it totally makes sense to treat yourself. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and truly cares about making you look and feel good. If you need a good salon to go to, come to Premier Salons as The Bay.

This is a well kept secret!! From the moment I entered the salon I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is fun and very energetic. The staff is talkative, very friendly and concerned about what is best for your hair. If any of the stylists are running behind schedule, which rarely ever happens, they offer a complimentary hand and arm massage from one of the estheticians. The manager is also really wonderful and makes sure that your appointment goes smoothly and that you are satisfied. I have been a Premier customer for over 10 years and the salon has grown with the times. They really are "local stylists with world class abilities". Anyone that wants to have great hair should see the staff at Premier Salons.

I have been going to Premier Salons since I was in the 4th grade (I am now 22). Occasionally I had to get my hair done at other places and it has NEVER been as good as at Premier. They have great service, highly trained employees, and a wonderful atmosphere. I always leave happy with the way my hair looks. I've been through it all at Premier-bangs in middle school, light blonde hair colored to espresso brown, long hair cut into a super stylish bob, etc. - and I always love it. They are always up to date with the newest looks and if you aren't satisfied they will work with your hair until you are. I recommend this place to everyone - you will love it!

This salon was great for waxing-the whole process was fast and pretty painless. They also offer eyebrow tinting, which you can not find at every salon. Premier is a definite recommend!

While shopping at Macy's in Rosedale Center, I stumbled on a hidden gem. Premier Salon and Spa has been in the lower level of Macy's for a long time and I never knew they were there. I decided to check it out. They had an opening and got me in immediately. May I say that my hair has never looked better. My stylist was so knowledgeable and talented, which made me feel more confident than ever before. Definitely check it out! This is a very accommodating full service salon and spa with experienced staff and incredible service.

I can't say enough good things about Premier Salons. My stylist has been doing my color for many years. She is the absolute best because she listens to what you want and then she does it!! I first found Premier Salons after I received a BAD color from another salon. I am so glad I did because I have been hooked ever since. My experiences have been amazing from day one! The staff is all very friendly and helpful and the salon location is super convenient. Go there! You will be so glad you did.

I have had my fair share of haircuts at many salons all over the city. Up until I found Premier Salons, I was never happy with any of them. Most salons boast that the professionals that work there are the best in town; however, at Premier they actually are. I was very impressed with the stylists' abilities. I have had everything from simple layers to trendy bangs and symmetrical bobs and have always left feeling more attractive than when I came in. I highly recommend Premier Salons to anyone looking to commit to a great hair salon with talented stylists who know what they are doing. Premier Salons will deliver!!!

Wow! I was referred to Premier Salons three years ago when I moved to the US from England. Now, I can't image going anywhere else to do my hair. My stylist did my bridal party's and my hair for my wedding and we all looked fabulous. I am in hair heaven because I found this place!!

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by a stylist at Premier Salons. She did a fantastic job on my hair and was also a pleasure to talk to. She took the time to do it and made sure that I was really happy with my hair before I left. Premier has absolutely wonderful service and a terrific atmosphere. I will gladly sit in that styling chair again!
